Jon Deluce is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in mineral exploration and the capital markets. As CEO, Mr. Deluce is involved in the company’s marketing, financing, and corporate development. During his time as an executive he has successfully negotiated option and joint venture partnerships with multiple senior companies including Kirkland Lake Gold and Barrick. He has developed long-standing relationships with an extensive network of high-net-worth retail investors, brokers, and institutions. Mr. Deluce is a former Manager at Ernst & Young. While at Ernst & Young he worked in the Assurance and Advisory practices with many of the senior gold producers.
Mr. Deluce is a member of a Family Office with 25 years of experience in the exploration space through their private prospect generator company, strategic equity investments and board representation on numerous junior mining companies. The office has had numerous successful transactions in the mining space including having board representation and being one of the largest shareholders of Holmer Gold Mines, which was successfully taken over by Lake Shore Gold.
David Bernier is a proven mine builder with over 30 years of experience advancing mining projects across Canada from development through construction and into operations. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees project development, engineering, permitting, and execution as Abitibi advances the B26 polymetallic deposit toward development.
Mr. Bernier most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Foran Mining Corporation, where he led the McIlvenna Bay project from feasibility into construction. He previously held senior leadership roles with Pan American Silver, including Canadian Country Manager, and served as General Manager at Dumas Contracting, delivering mine development services to leading global miners.
Mr. Gorman brings extensive financial leadership experience across the mining sector to Abitibi at a pivotal stage in the Company’s growth. He joins the Company from Foran Mining Corporation, where he was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to that, he held progressively senior roles across corporate and operational finance at Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd and at Alamos Gold’s Young Davidson Mine. His background spans corporate finance, strategic planning, financial reporting and the operational demands of advancing mineral projects toward development.
Louis Gariepy, P. Eng, is a mining exploration veteran with over 30 years international experience. Formerly VP Exploration at O3 Mining, his leadership contributed to a nearly CAD$200 million acquisition by Agnico Eagle Mines.
He also held senior roles at Anglo American, IAMGOLD, and Compañia Minera Milpo, beginning his career with Noranda Inc. in Québec.
Mr. Pullinger is widely recognized in the mining sector for being one of the most successful value-creation track records among junior developers in recent years. He joined ATEX Resources Inc. as Senior Vice President, Exploration and Business Development in May 2022, and was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2024, a position he held until February 2026.
Under his leadership, ATEX advanced the Valeriano Copper-Gold Project in Chile into the largest new copper discovery in Chile in over a decade and one of the most significant emerging copper-gold discoveries globally, driving the Company’s market capitalization from a modest junior explorer to over $1.5 billion in less than four year
Mr. Williams is an accomplished mining executive and engineer, renowned for his track record of executional excellence in successful mine restarts and builds.
His extensive background in the mining industry, especially in Quebec, is an asset to our team. His instrumental role in transforming the Lamèque gold project in Quebec from a Preliminary Economic Assessment stage to a fully operational mine in just 18 months is a testament to his expertise.
Mr. Kallio brings a wealth of experience from his four-decade career in the mining industry, where he has served in several roles focused on exploration, underground and open pit mine planning, scoping, and feasibility studies in Canada and abroad.
Most recently he served as Executive Vice President, Exploration Strategy and Growth at Agnico Eagle (2022 – 2023) and Senior Vice President, Exploration for Kirkland Lake Gold (2018 – 2022).
Mr. Leavy’s investment career is highlighted by senior roles at BlackRock and Oppenheimer Funds. At BlackRock, Chris was the Chief Investment Officer of Fundamental Equities (Americas) where he oversaw $115 billion of equity assets and was a member of the firm’s Global Operating Committee.
Victor Cantore, CEO, President, and Director of AMEX Exploration, led the company to grow its market cap from a few million to a peak of $400 million. With 30 years of capital markets experience, he has organized financings, mergers, and acquisitions, particularly in Quebec. His board roles in several companies further enhance his value as an advisor to Abitibi Metals.
Mr. Parry is a highly accomplished mining executive and geologist with a proven track record of founding, leading, and financing successful resource companies. He currently serves as Lead Director of Skeena Resources, Executive Chairman and CEO of Vizsla Copper, and Chairman of Vizsla Silver. Over his career, he has held key roles with IsoEnergy, NexGen Energy, EMR Capital, Tigers Realm Coal, and Rio Tinto. Mr. Parry has been instrumental in several major discoveries, including Vizsla’s Panuco-Copala silver veins, IsoEnergy’s Hurricane deposit, and NexGen’s Arrow deposit.
Norman Farrell has sat on the board of numerous junior mining companies as the founder, officer and director starting in 1987. From 1993 he was president of Forexport Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Le Groupe Forex Inc, a public company and one of Canada`s leading Oriented Strand Board manufacturer, taken over in 1999 by the multinational forest industry company Louisiana Pacific Corp. Since 2001 he has been active in consulting work mainly in the forest industry. Norman is a resident of Montreal Quebec and is well connected with junior mining focused brokers and investors within the province. Norman holds a Bachelor of Commerce from HEC of Montreal University.
Mr. Deluce obtained his Industrial Engineer from the University of Toronto. He has 40 years extensive experience in leadership roles, including both business ownership and business management.
Charles Deluce is Chief Executive Officer at Delinks Holdings Ltd.
Mr. Deluce was previously employed as an Independent Director by Melkior Resources, Inc. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Lakehead.
